These terms apply to your use of gumnutly.com (“Gumnutly”), which is operated by GENAZ PTE. LTD. (UEN 202517498Z), Singapore (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. General information only
Gumnutly publishes gift ideas and travel guides for general information. We work hard to get things right, but:
- Product details, availability, opening hours, event information and prices change, so please check with the merchant, venue or official source before you buy or travel.
- Our content isn’t professional advice, whether legal, customs, health, safety, financial or otherwise.
- Rules on sending food, plant material and wooden items overseas vary by country. Check the destination’s customs and biosecurity rules before you post anything.
- Outdoor activities such as walking, swimming and driving carry risks. Follow official advice, signage and local conditions.
2. We don’t sell anything
We don’t sell products or take bookings. When you buy something or book a stay through a link on Gumnutly, your contract is with that merchant or provider, on their terms. Questions about orders, delivery, refunds, warranties and bookings go to them.
3. Affiliate links and connections
Some links on Gumnutly are, or may become, affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them. We also have a connection to River Reach Chalet in Margaret River.
Disclosure: River Reach Chalet was previously our founder’s business, and our founder still has a financial interest in it.

4. Links to other websites
We link to websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices, and a link isn’t an endorsement of everything on the linked site.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and original graphics on Gumnutly belong to us or are used with permission. Photos are used under the licence shown in each photo’s credit, and those photographers keep their rights.
You may share links to our pages, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link back. Please don’t copy whole articles or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Brand names and trademarks mentioned on Gumnutly belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t imply any endorsement by, or affiliation with, those owners.
6. Acceptable use
Please don’t use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms its performance, or try to get unauthorised access to our systems.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we provide the site “as is”. We aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, or from products or services bought from third parties through links on it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This doesn’t take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
